The synchronized swimmer Gemma Mengual chose Lanzarote as a destination to start the year 2023 accompanied by her two children.
"I decided to escape with my children to a place where we had a feeling of freedom. The sea, for us, is healing. We each experience it in our own way, but the most important thing is to do it together! Thank you Lanzarote for everything you always give us!!", the swimmer wrote on her Instagram profile.
At the end of her stay, Mengual used the same social network again to dedicate a few words of thanks to the island. "LANZAROTE. No destination gives me what I need without asking much in return, it always surprises me!! In love forever!", she commented to her followers.
