The singer Chenoa brought her acoustic concert to the Insular Theater of Arrecife this Saturday. "The artist won over the audience and displayed her entire repertoire, without forgetting the permanent dialogue with the attendees," they point out from the Cabildo, adding that Chenoa was "close and friendly at all times."

Since competing in the first edition of Operación Triunfo, Chenoa has traveled many stages and has experienced a musical evolution, without losing spark and freshness. The singer demonstrated a great voice during her concert in Arrecife.

Chenoa performed from songs from her latest album to songs from her first work. With a different image, with long hair and bangs, the artist displayed her art accompanied by two guitarists. In addition, she finished her performance in an encore with the public standing and dancing to the rhythm of "Cuando tú vas?".

When the concert ended, she was signing photos and autographs for her fans, who were waiting for her departure from the Insular Theater. In addition, she celebrated being back in Lanzarote and promised to return.

In addition, the programming at the Insular Theater of Arrecife will continue this Thursday. That day the Spanish actor Juan Diego will take the stage, who has stood out in both cinema and television. He will represent the play "La lengua madre", by the writer Juan José Millás. The play will be performed in a single function, which will take place at 9:00 p.m.

Tickets cost 15 euros and can be purchased now at the offices of the Education and Culture area of ​​the Cabildo, or from one hour before the show at the box office of the Insular Theater.

On the other hand, on Saturday there will be another family theater at 11:00 a.m. The play "The magic night of lost dreams" will be performed. This representation is organized by the Education and Culture Area of ​​the Cabildo of Lanzarote and its production and staging corresponds to Arval Producciones.

The price of the ticket is five euros and, likewise, can be purchased at the offices of the Culture Area of ​​the Cabildo or at the box office of the Insular Theater, from one hour before the start of the performance.

Course on César Manrique

In addition, the week of November 12 to 16, the CICCA Hall of Arrecife hosts the university extension course "Lanzarote and César Manrique: an island as a workshop". This activity will be taught by Alfredo Díaz Gutiérrez, head of the Pedagogical Department of the César Manrique Foundation, and will take place in the afternoon (from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This course will also have two didactic outings that will take place on Thursday 15 and Friday 16, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
