Agents of the Citizen Attention Operational Group (GOAC) of the Local Police of Arrecife proceeded on August 3, around 7:20 p.m., to arrest a man against whom there was a judicial order for search, arrest and imprisonment.
The events occurred in a well-known bar in a neighborhood of the capital, where there are different disturbances of the peace and on this occasion, several neighbors had warned of the presence of noises that prevented them from resting.
Once on the scene, the agents identified one of the people pointed out as the cause of the disturbances, who was in a state of drunkenness, proceeding to his formal identification in order to confirm his identity and residence in Arrecife.
The queries made in the police databases allowed to verify that this person had a search, arrest and imprisonment order, issued by the Criminal Court number 9 of Zaragoza, in force since August 13, 2024, and valid until January 31, 2028, for a crime of breach of sentence.
Given these facts, his immediate arrest and transfer to police premises was carried out, and he was subsequently placed at the disposal of the Investigating Court number 2 of Arrecife, acting as duty judge.
The Local Police of Arrecife reminds that, in all interventions, the necessary checks are carried out to verify the identity of the people involved, as well as any background or judicial requirement that may be in force, in order to guarantee citizen security and compliance with the law.
