The number 66513 has been awarded with the Gordo, the first prize of the Extraordinary Christmas Lottery Draw, endowed with 4,000,000 euros per series. This year, the 'Gordo' has been sold entirely in Madrid.
The Extraordinary Christmas Draw distributes this Thursday, December 22, 2,310 million euros in prizes, which represents an increase of 70 million compared to last year, and those awarded with the 'Gordo' will receive 400,000 euros per tenth, with 640 million euros to be distributed with this main prize.
Collection of prizes
Since 2014, the Christmas Lottery prizes can be collected from 6:00 p.m. (Peninsular time) this Thursday.
Those prizes less than 2,500 euros are exempt from paying 20% to the Treasury. However, the other five higher prizes must pay this tax: in fact, the winners will receive the money with the 20% tax previously deducted.
