Coalición Canaria Lanzarote informs citizens that in the last hours the personal mobile phone and WhatsApp account of Olivia Duque, island organization secretary of the party and mayor of Teguise, have been hacked.

Given this situation, maximum prudence and caution is requested. Any message or content received from the mayor's number is not under her control at this time, so it should not be answered or shared.

In addition, everything indicates that this is not an isolated case, as other people may be victims of similar situations during the day today.

From Coalición Canaria Lanzarote, the importance of not interacting with suspicious communications and not forwarding or disseminating information that may come from that number is remembered.
