The Local Police of Arrecife arrested last week a woman who was naked and performing "acts of obscene exhibition" in front of a school in the capital, while the minors were in the center.
According to the City Council, the detainee had already harassed other passers-by while walking naked through the capital. A witness notified the agents, who went to the area of the educational center, where she was apparently "touching her private parts". When they arrived, the woman was no longer there and after conducting a search of the area, she was located on Calle Real, at which point she was arrested.
Due to her condition, the woman was transferred to a hospital center to assess her mental state. Subsequently, the detainee was transferred to police facilities to continue with the proceedings.
