Officers of the Local Police of Tías arrested in the early hours of last Sunday three young men for causing injuries to a tourist who was spending his holidays on the island, municipal sources report. The detainees are E.N.G., 22 years old, J.F.H. 21 years old and L.B.LL., 22 years old, and are accused of a alleged crime of injury.
The events took place in a well-known leisure shopping center in the town of Puerto del Carmen, when eyewitnesses informed the Local Police that a foreigner of Swedish origin had suffered an aggression.
The aggressors allegedly, after kicking him in the back, made him fall down some stairs, suffering head injuries for which he had to be treated at the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital, where he remains admitted.
