The Government Delegation in the Canary Islands has reported that this Thursday a lifeless body of a minor has been found in the search area for the missing girls in Tenerife. This fact has already been communicated to the mother and family of the minors, although they are waiting to confirm the identity.
For its part, the TSJC has reported that the magistrate of the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 3 of Güimar has proceeded to lift the body at the Tenerife Anatomical Forensic Institute.
The corpse corresponds to a girl of about six years old and it is feared that it could be that of Olivia, the minor who disappeared on April 27 with her one-year-old sister, Anna, and her father.
The body was found by the robot of the search vessel Ángeles Alvariño at noon this Thursday at about 1,000 meters deep and about three miles from the coast of Tenerife. It was inside a sports bag tied to an anchor. Next to it, there was another empty sports bag and the ship continues its search in the area.
