A 60-year-old man was slightly injured after colliding with another vehicle and subsequently overturning on the road from San Bartolomé to Playa Honda. The accident occurred at approximately 08:00 this Thursday. At that time, Cecoes received a call alerting them to the incident.
An ambulance with basic life support from the SUC, Local Police, and firefighters from the Lanzarote Emergency Consortium were dispatched to the scene. Paramedics attended to the driver of the overturned vehicle, who suffered minor erosions on his face.
For their part, the firefighters attended to the driver of the other vehicle involved in the accident, who was in a state of nervousness. They subsequently turned the car around and took care of cleaning the road.
