A part of a wall of a plot of land on Puerto Rico street in Arrecife has fallen due to the heavy rains that fell this noon on the island. Firefighters and Local Police officers have moved to the scene.
Finally, it has been decided that a mechanical shovel from the capital's City Council's Works Department should finish demolishing what was left of the wall for the safety of passers-by.
