Knife attack in the center of Arrecife

Two people have been transferred to the hospital: a 19-year-old girl with several minor cuts and a man with injuries to the face

Two people have had to be transferred to the Molina Orosa hospital after a knife attack that took place on Tuesday afternoon in the center of Arrecife, on Manolo Millares street.

The one with stab wounds was a 19-year-old girl, although according to the Coordinating Center for Security and Emergencies, they were "minor cuts." However, she has been referred to the hospital in a basic life support ambulance.

The other is a man who had injuries to his face "of a moderate nature", and has also been transferred to Molina Orosa.

The incident occurred shortly after 6:00 p.m. and in addition to personnel from the Canary Emergency Service, agents from the Local Police and the National Police have come to the area, who are investigating what happened.
