A woman was injured in a rear-end collision of two cars on the LZ-2 in Yaiza. The driver and sole occupant of the impacted vehicle was transferred in an ambulance from the SUC to Molina Orosa with minor injuries.
According to the Emergency Consortium, the accident occurred at approximately 10:35 p.m. this Tuesday. Once alerted by the CECOES, agents from the Local Police, Civil Guard, firefighters, and an ambulance from the SUC went to the scene.
The firefighters marked off the area, disconnected the battery, and cleaned the road of debris from the accident.
