Four people have been injured, one of them seriously, in a head-on collision between two vehicles that took place this Tuesday at the entrance to Tahíche.
The accident occurred at 20:17 on the LZ-1, where firefighters from the Security and Emergency Consortium, Local Police, Civil Guard, Emerlan and SUC paramedics have moved.
Once on the scene, firefighters had to extricate a woman from one of the vehicles. The other three injured were able to leave on their own and were attended by sanitary personnel of the Canary Emergency Service and Emerlan. According to Emerlan, three of the injured are of a minor nature and another of a "more serious" nature, who was attended by the medicalized ambulance. All have been transferred to the Molina Orosa Hospital.

Specifically, 112 has specified that the woman presented severe polytrauma while, of the rest of the injured, two of them had mild cervicalgia.
The Local Police has been in charge of regulating traffic, since the accident has caused major traffic jams on the road. For its part, the Civil Guard has instructed the corresponding proceedings.
