Firefighters had to get a person out who had been trapped in an elevator in a building on La Laguna street in Arrecife.
Once on duty, the emergency personnel verified that the elevator had stopped on the minus one floor. The first thing the firefighters did was reassure the trapped person and then disconnect the electrical current to open the door. Subsequently, they opened the door and helped the affected person out of it.
