The Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium intervened this Sunday, March 23, at the Molina Orosa Hospital in Arrecife to remove a stuck ring from a patient. The action, requested by the on-call doctor at the hospital, took place around 1:45 p.m. in the emergency area of the Central Park, level 2.
The personnel used a Dremel, a specialized cutting tool, along with physiological saline to protect the affected area and proceed with the safe removal of the ring. After successfully completing the intervention, the team returned to their base.
