Firefighters extinguished a fire this Monday in a construction container in the Papagayo Shopping Center in Playa Blanca. The action took place at approximately 6:41 a.m., when they were alerted by a telephone call from the Fire Department Central.
Upon arrival, they verified that it was a construction tray that was burning garbage inside, according to the Security and Emergency Consortium. The troops extinguished the fire with water and later flooded the container with foam with the propack.
Civil Guard agents also went to the scene.
