Firefighters extinguished a fire in a garage on Argentina Street in Arrecife this Sunday, as reported by the Emergency Consortium. The fire occurred around 5:30 p.m. when CECOES received a call alerting them to the fire.
Firefighters entered the garage, from which a lot of smoke was coming out, and located the source of the fire, which had affected blankets, rags, plastic material, etc. Subsequently, they lowered the levers and extinguished it with water, and finally ventilated it with the help of the battery fan. During the fire, a vehicle was removed from the interior.
Local and National Police officers have been dispatched to the scene.
