Agents of the Local Citizen Security Brigade of the National Police Corps arrested and have placed at the disposal of the courts M.L.T.P., a native of Las Palmas and resident of Arrecife, 28 years old, as the alleged perpetrator of a hit-and-run of a pedestrian in the center of the capital of Lanzarote.
According to the Local Police Station, the motorcyclist had fled upon noticing the police presence and drove through several streets in the wrong direction, ignoring a mandatory stop sign, until he was intercepted by a police vehicle, which proceeded to arrest him.
