The Civil Guard of Costa Teguise arrested on February 22 an employee of a subcontractor of a hotel in Costa Teguise as the alleged perpetrator of a robbery with force that occurred four days earlier in a room of the complex, from where they stole 1,050 euros. The arrested, according to reports from the Benemérita, is a 44-year-old man, with the initials L.D.G. and without a criminal record, and the victim was a foreign tourist.
After the corresponding technical-ocular inspection at the scene of the robbery, the agents of the Investigation Area were able to obtain several clues that allowed them to find out that the perpetrator of the events was one of the employees of the company that manages the safes of the complex, who was later arrested for a crime of robbery with force in things.
The detainee has been placed at the disposal of the corresponding Arrecife Duty Court.
