An abandoned house caught fire in the early hours of Sunday to Monday in Arrecife. The fire broke out at 4:20 a.m., in a house on La Palma street, where several homeless people usually sleep.
The firefighters of the Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium received the alert and left the park towards the scene. When they arrived, they observed that the fire had started in a mattress that was burning.
Thus, they proceeded to extinguish the fire with water and ended the service at 4:44 a.m. No one was affected by this fire, since at the time of the events there was no one inside this abandoned house.
