A 28-year-old woman was injured this Monday after suffering an accident in one of the roundabouts on the LZ-1, near Tahíche. The driver overturned with her vehicle and, as a result, suffered minor injuries. She has been transferred to the Molina Orosa hospital in Arrecife.
The Coordinating Center for Security and Emergencies was alerted to the rollover at 9:35 a.m. this Monday. They sent a basic ambulance there. Firefighters from the Security and Emergency Consortium also went to the area, who explained that upon arrival this driver had already been able to get out of the vehicle, thanks to the help of other drivers.
The paramedics of the Canary Emergency Service gave the young woman first aid at the scene and diagnosed her with mild dorsalgia. After that first assessment, she was transferred to the hospital in an ambulance. Agents of the Civil Guard and the Local Police also assisted in the accident.
