A woman was injured this Tuesday when a truck collided with a school transport bus near the town of Tarajalejo, Civil Protection sources reported.
The accident occurred on the road from Tarajalejo to Lajita around 3:00 p.m. and involved a truck and a school transport bus.
The collision occurred when the truck was about to overtake and hit the rear left corner of the bus.
A woman, who was traveling on the bus with about twenty schoolchildren, was injured and had to be transferred to the Gran Tarajal health center with cervical pain.
