A 35-year-old woman and a 6-month-old baby were slightly injured this Tuesday after suffering a traffic accident. The incident occurred on the LZ-10, on the ascent between Tahíche and Teguise. Medical personnel from the Canary Emergency Service have gone there, who have transferred both injured to the hospital.
The Coordinating Center for Security and Emergencies received notice of the accident at 9:10 a.m., when they were alerted that a vehicle had run off the road and then overturned. Then a basic and a medicalized ambulance were moved there, whose personnel attended to the woman and the baby.
After a first assistance at the scene, the doctors determined that both were slightly injured and transferred them to the Molina Orosa hospital in Arrecife. The firefighters of the Security and Emergency Consortium and the Civil Guard have also come there.
