A multiple accident between three vehicles has forced the temporary closure of a lane on the LZ-40. According to the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (CECOES), the collision occurred between three vehicles due to a rear-end collision after 8:00 in the morning.
The accident took place between Matagorda and Rancho Texas, heading towards Arrecife. The Civil Guard and a basic life support ambulance were transferred to the scene.
In total, the health services attended to two people. One of them was assisted at the scene and did not require hospital transfer, while the second, a 36-year-old male, has been referred to Molina Orosa with mild cervicalgia.
Thus, the Civil Guard cut off one of the lanes.
