Firefighters had to go this Wednesday to a house in the Los Lirios neighborhood to put out the flames that originated in one of its rooms and that also damaged the door of the adjoining house. Fortunately, the tenants of the affected house have not suffered any damage and, although the causes that caused the fire are unknown, everything points, according to the Local Police, to the trigger of the fire was a short circuit.
The warning call occurred around 2:05 p.m. at the Emergency Service (112) and immediately a fire truck left the Park in Argana Alta (Arrecife) in the direction of the place to put out the fire. Officers from the Tías Local Police also went to the area and cut off the circulation of vehicles on the street to avoid interruptions in the emergency device.
