A fire broke out this Thursday in a Chinese restaurant in the Punta Limones Shopping Center, in Playa Blanca (Yaiza).
The incident occurred around 7:50 a.m., when the fire started in the restaurant's pergola, which has been completely burned down.
Civil Guard, Local Police and Fire Brigade officers have cordoned off the area and are trying to prevent the fire from reaching neighboring premises, as the existence of wind is causing the fire to spread more quickly and making extinguishing work difficult.
