The Santo Domingo de Teguise convent was the setting chosen by the head of Culture and Festivities of the Teguise City Council, Nori Machín, to hold the concert of the trio "Malvasía Sound". Group formed by the timple player José Vicente Pérez, the guitarist Adrián Níz and the soloist Ciro Corujo. In this way, the Consistory supports these cultural groups that are having a very bad time in these times of pandemic.
The trio chose a very varied repertoire, reviewing several musical genres where songs with Canarian roots were very present, which were interspersed with other very popular songs that came from the other side of the Atlantic. They were also joined by some instrumental compositions where the complicity of the guitar and the timple achieved the objectives set by the musicians.

Malvasía Sound for this concert also featured the young Almudena Hernández, a woman with vocal qualities that allow her to interpret any musical genre that is appreciated, and on this occasion, together with the impressive burst of voice of Ciro Corujo, they managed to elicit the most sonorous applause of the concert.
The Malvasía Sound trio will return to the stage next Saturday the 19th to present their first album entitled "Margullo", which includes thirteen very varied themes with very special collaborations, the appointment will be at the municipal theater of San Bartolomé.
