The Cabildo of Lanzarote has clarified to the public the traffic affections that will occur on different island roads due to the pilgrimage of Los Dolores. These cuts will take place during the days of September 9 and 10, at different times and will cause cuts in one or both directions of traffic.
The affected roads will be:
LZ 20 (Arrecife - Tinajo)
From P.K. 7+600 to P.K. 8+590: The lane towards Arrecife will be closed to traffic from the Mozaga roundabout to the Monumento al Campesino roundabout, diverting traffic through Mozaga, from 00:00 hours to 22:00 hours on 09/09/23.
LZ 30 (Teguise - Uga)
From P.K. 6+500 to P.K. 7+900: The road will be closed to traffic in both directions, from the Monument Roundabout to Calderetas Street, from 08:00 hours to 22:00 hours on 09/09/2023.
From P.K. 7+900 to P.K. 8+575: The road will be closed to traffic in both directions, from C/ Calderetas, to the La Florida intersection, diverting traffic through Montaña Blanca, from 12:00 hours to 13:30 hours on 09/09/213.
LZ 46 (Tiagua - Mancha Blanca)
From P.K 0+000 to P.K. 4+550: The road will be closed to traffic in both directions, from 10:00 hours on 10/09/23 to 06:00 hours on 11/09/2023.
LZ 56 (Mancha Blanca - La Geria)
From P.K. 0+000 to P.K. 5+775: The road will be closed to traffic in both directions, from 08:00 hours on 09/09/23 to 06:00 hours on 10/09/23. This is the only road where public collective transport traffic will be allowed.
LZ- 58 (Masdache - La Vegueta)
From P.K. 4+600 to P.K. 5+890: The road will be closed to traffic in both directions, from 08:00 hours on 09/09/23 to 06:00 hours on 10/09/23. (El Peñón area only)
LZ 67 (La Santa - Yaiza)
From P.K. 4+600 to P.K. 5+890: The road will be closed to traffic in both directions from Peña de San Roque street to Chimanfaya street, from 15:00 hours to 23:00 hours on 09/09/23.
LZ- 409 (Mozaga - La Vegueta)
From P.K. 0+000 to P.K. 3+520: The road will be closed to traffic in both directions, from 08:00 hours on 09/09/2023 to 06:00 hours on 10/09/23.
