Costa Teguise enjoyed its grand Carnival parade. Floats, troupes, street bands, masks and batucadas showed off their fantasies, humor and rhythm along Islas Canarias Avenue, starting near the Hotel Sands Beach and ending at the Nautical Shopping Center.
And after the parade in the parking lot of the Nautical Shopping Center, the verbena started, enlivened by the orchestras Sintonía Show, Banda Nueva and Dj Ale Ossorio.
The carnival will continue this Sunday, March 5, with a parade in the Historic Site, as a Daytime Carnival. For its part, the island of La Graciosa will put an end to the festivities with its particular Carnival on the weekend of March 17 to 19.
