The Arrecife Prosecutor's Office filed away the complaint filed by the alleged diversion of 275,500 euros from the Tías City Council through a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) upon not finding evidence to prove it. This filing occurred on April 10, that is, two and a half months ago, as confirmed by sources from the Public Prosecutor's Office to La Voz.
The Public Prosecutor's Office even opened proceedings to clarify the facts reported and finally decided to close the investigation. Therefore, the information published this weekend about the investigation opened in the Public Prosecutor's Office is incomplete, as it did not include the filing of the complaint.
