After the first edition focused on small businesses in Arrecife, the Cabildo opens registration for the second edition of the program ‘PRECE CANARIAS: Support for Small Businesses’ to boost small island businesses outside the capital.

The initiative has been launched by the island institution, through the Department of Commerce, with the support of the INCYDE Foundation and the collaboration of the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa.

This program, which lasts seven weeks and is in its final phase for businesses in Arrecife, has had the participation of 23 small businesses.

The program has offered participants specialized training in key areas such as digitization, sales strategies, financial management and marketing, allowing them to improve the management of their businesses and promote their growth.

“It is essential to continue supporting small business owners, who generate employment and wealth on our island. Seeing firsthand the progress and enthusiasm of the participants reaffirms our commitment to this sector,” added the councilor.

The training, co-financed by the FSE+ State Program of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, through the INCYDE Foundation, and by the Cabildo de Lanzarote, will be taught in person at the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa.
