The air capacity to travel to Lanzarote from its four main foreign markets, the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland and France, in the last quarter of the year is more than 700,000 air seats.
The number of seats to Lanzarote increases in all markets, but while prices rise slightly in the United Kingdom (+1%) and Germany (+1%), they fall sharply in France (-21%) and Ireland (-10%), according to the latest report prepared for Turismo Lanzarote by the company Mabrian Technologies.
The number of seats for the United Kingdom has increased by 9% compared to the same period last year to reach 463,656 seats. The average price of tickets from this country this winter is 193 euros.
From Germany there are 101,193 air seats planned for this winter, 6% more than in 2022. The average price of tickets to travel to Lanzarote in the last quarter from Germany is 208 euros.
Irish people will have 18% more seats to visit Lanzarote up to a total of 88,945. The average price of plane tickets is 181 euros, 10% cheaper than in 2022.
Among the four main foreign markets of Lanzarote, the trip from France is the cheapest of all, costing an average of 115 euros and has decreased by 21% compared to last year's prices. Capacity for France has increased by 17% compared to last year to 53,668 seats until the end of 2023.
