The average daily rate of hotels in Lanzarote increased by 14.6% in November compared to the same month last year, according to the latest profitability indicators from the National Institute of Statistics (INE).

Thus, the island's hotels earned an average of 140 euros per night, well above the 122.1 euros they charged in November 2023.

Among the tourist municipalities of Lanzarote, rates increased especially in Teguise, which recorded a growth of 23.5% up to 119.9 euros.

Meanwhile, unlike last year when the hotels in Yaiza were the most expensive, this year the establishments in Tías have achieved a better rate (145.1 euros) thanks to an increase of 15.4% compared to the same month last year.

Yaiza's prices only grew by 6.4%, so the average rate in the south remained at 144 euros.
