The Teguise City Council has reported that on September 4, the staff of the Lanzarote Tax Network will travel to La Graciosa to be able to assist the residents of Graciosa in person.
All citizens residing on the eighth island who wish to do so may be attended in person during the aforementioned day.
For proper personalized attention, the city council recommends that interested parties use the Prior Appointment service of the Tax Network for that day.
In 2014, the Council of the Biosphere Reserve unanimously approved the implementation of the Island Tax Network, with a technological base, supported by a management model based on collaboration, participation and transparency, in which the local entities of the island were integrated.
With this purpose, the Cabildo and the City Councils created this island autonomous body of tax management to promote the comprehensive taxpayer service, facilitate payments and implement electronic administration.
Among its objectives is also to improve the financing of the City Councils, promote tax inspection, as well as information and management control mechanisms.
