Vueling has reinforced its operations with the Canary Islands for the summer season with an offer of more than 3.4 million seats scheduled, which represents a 4% increase compared to the same period in 2025. In total, the airline has 33 routes, 4 of them international.
In the specific case of Lanzarote, the airline adds an additional flight to Paris, bringing the total to three weekly frequencies with the IAG low-cost airline. The Lanzarote–Paris Orly route will have more than 26,000 seats during the summer season.
Thus, Lanzarote will go from nine to ten weekly flights. The rest are **three weekly flights from Easyjet** and **another from Enter Air** to Paris Charles de Gaulle, and another **three from Transavia** to Paris Orly. Last year, a total of **200,000 tourists** arrived from the various French airports.
The Canary Islands will have 52,000 additional seats with Vueling to international destinations, nearly 35% more compared to the previous summer, and will add 67,000 more seats to connections with the Peninsula, 3% more than in 2025.
Gran Canaria will have 10 routes in summer and 1.2 million seats. Among the reinforced national connections are Malaga, which will have up to 3 daily flights to the island; Alicante, with 6 weekly frequencies; or Bilbao, which will have 13 flights per week.
For its part, Fuerteventura will offer 342,000 seats this summer and will increase its capacity on routes to Bilbao, with more than 50,000 seats scheduled and 6 weekly frequencies; and on the connection with Santiago de Compostela, which will offer up to 4 weekly frequencies during the summer season
In Tenerife North, Vueling will reinforce its operations and offer 1.4 million seats, an increase of nearly 7%. The route to Oviedo will have up to 2 weekly frequencies, while the connection to Valencia will reach up to 8 weekly frequencies during high season.
