Endesa concluded the transfer of its Arrecife work center to Jacinto Borges Street at the end of last month. The new office, where 14 people work, consists of two floors designed based on the criteria of innovation and energy efficiency included in the Comprehensive Office Improvement Plan that Endesa is carrying out nationwide to reduce the ecological footprint of the properties, improve the work environment and efficiently manage spaces.
The new facilities have uniform and constant LED lighting; an air conditioning and ventilation system that allows the air to be renewed without affecting the temperature of the rooms; ramps, elevators and adapted toilets; and an alarm system connected to the Endesa security center.
Regarding customer service, Endesa has three Service Points (PdS) in Lanzarote where customers should go to carry out any procedure or consultation. Two of them are located in Arrecife: one on Manolo Millares Street 39, managed by the company Servinform; and another on León y Castillo Street 187, under the management of Suntelco. Finally, the PdS located in Tías is managed by the company Canalectric Meym and is located on Islote de Hilario Street 12.
