The Microsystems Integrated Vocational Training Center takes a further step in its commitment to educational excellence by inaugurating a new X-ray room training workshop, aimed at students of the specialty of Senior Technician in Imaging for Diagnosis and Nuclear Medicine. This initiative responds to the center's desire to continuously modernize its facilities and ensure that its students are trained in an environment as close as possible to the reality of work.
With this incorporation, the CIFP Microsistemas is consolidated as a reference in health professional training in Lanzarote, offering its students modern spaces, updated technology and practical methodologies that allow them to acquire not only theoretical knowledge, but also the technical skills that the current labor market demands.
"We want our students to have access to practical environments that reproduce real working conditions. This new workshop will allow them to develop technical and professional skills with the highest quality and safety", said the Director of the Center, Beatriz Salazar.
A commitment to employability
The project is not limited to investment in facilities, but is part of a global strategic plan of CIFP Microsistemas aimed at the high employability of its students. In fact, the center has its own Placement Agency, a tool that facilitates the labor insertion of those who finish their studies and that constitutes an added value compared to other training institutions.
Microsystems works in close collaboration with companies and entities in the health sector, which allows to adapt its training offer to the real demands of the market and ensure that students are always one step ahead in their professional preparation.
Innovation and future
The inauguration of this X-ray workshop joins other recent modernization actions, consolidating an innovative training itinerary that combines technology, practice and personalized attention. The goal is clear: that each student not only acquires the technical skills, but also develops transversal skills, such as teamwork, communication and responsible management of technology.
With these initiatives, the Microsystems Integrated Vocational Training Center reaffirms its leadership and commitment to the future of health and training in the Canary Islands.
