The Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands has added three more positive cases for coronavirus this Tuesday, thus reaching a total figure of 2,271 cases, which implies 105.46 cases per 100,000 people in the archipelago, according to data from the Ministry of Health of the Regional Executive offered after 8:00 p.m.

In addition, the archipelago closes this Tuesday without adding deaths, which remain at 151 deaths since the beginning of the health crisis, with the age group of 80 to 89 years registering the highest number of deaths with 71 deaths.

Regarding epidemiological discharges, they grow by 19 to 1,475. Likewise, the data shows that active cases continue to fall and fall by 16, in such a way that currently 645 cases are active in the archipelago, of which 17 are in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 55 are on the floor in one of the hospitals in the Canary Islands, while 573 are at home.
