The Canary Islands has registered 147 new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, so the total accumulated in the archipelago amounts to 91,654, while the deaths rise to 928 by adding one death in Tenerife, according to data from the Ministry of Health.
Of the total cases, 13,583 are active (-38), of which 79 are admitted to the ICU (+1), 369 remain hospitalized (+3) and 13,135 are in their homes (-42). In addition, 184 people have been discharged from hospital in the last hours, so that 77,143 Canarians have overcome the disease so far in the pandemic.
As for the Cumulative Incidence (IA) at seven days in the Canary Islands, it drops to 63.74 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and the IA at 14 days decreases to 154.97 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
Meanwhile, a total of 1,997,094 PCR tests have been carried out in the islands --3,376 in the last 24 hours--, of which 119,367 were positive, which represents 5.98 percent.
By islands, Tenerife adds 74 positives, accumulating 44,081 cases, of which 8,177 are epidemiologically active, 526 have died (+1) and 35,378 have overcome the disease; Gran Canaria has 35,037 accumulated (+53), of which 4,961 are active, 318 have died and 29,758 have been discharged from hospital.
For its part, Lanzarote adds 13 positives, with 6,563 accumulated, of which 150 are active, while it has registered 50 deaths and 6,364 have overcome the disease; and Fuerteventura has 4,058 accumulated cases (+4), of which 251 are active, 16 have died and 3,791 have been discharged from hospital.
La Palma adds one case in the last day, so it has 1,076 accumulated, of which 28 are active, 14 have died and 1,034 have been discharged from hospital.
Finally, El Hierro has an accumulated of 446 not to notify two new infections, of which nine are active, four have died and 433 have overcome the disease; while La Gomera has an accumulated of 392 cases (without variation), of which seven are active, one has died and 384 have been discharged from hospital.
