Canary Islands adds 82 positives and one deceased in the last 24 hours

The Canary Islands has registered this Friday 82 new cases of coronavirus, so that the accumulated amount rises to 96,542, while the deaths are at 1,004 when having to regret in the last 24 hours one death, according to data from the Regional Ministry of Health.

Also, of the total accumulated cases in the Canary Islands, 853 are active, of which 18 are admitted to the ICU, 62 remain hospitalized and 773 are in their homes.

Regarding the Cumulative Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands, it rises slightly to 23.35 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days to 38.7 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

By islands, Tenerife adds 45 cases and accumulates 46,131, of which 364 are epidemiologically active; while Gran Canaria reports 25 more cases until accumulating 36,839, of which 325 are active.

Lanzarote, meanwhile, adds 5 new cases and accumulates 7,033, of which 91 are epidemiologically active; while Fuerteventura has 4,551 accumulated cases by adding 5 new cases, currently having 67 active.

Finally, La Palma adds two new cases and accumulates 1,114 cases, three of them active; while El Hierro does not register new cases, so it remains at 467, of which one is active.

La Gomera, finally, has not reported new cases, placing its accumulated at 406, two of them active.
