The residents of Menéndez y Pelayo street, in the Altavista neighborhood, have contacted La Voz to report the presence of an "illegal workshop" in a vacant lot on the street in the capital.
"They come every day to repair vehicles, exchange parts, etc.," says one of the residents of the street. In addition, he also denounces the presence of up to 8 abandoned vehicles in the vacant lot, and assures that they have been there "for several years."
These events, according to the neighbor, have been brought to the attention of the Local Police of Arrecife on several occasions. However, he assures that "they have not received a visit or response" from the municipal authorities.
