A resident of Arrecife, Isabel Yasmina González, has contacted La Voz to report that last Thursday, June 1st, someone sprayed her vehicle with brake fluid while it was parked at the exit of Lanzarote airport. The woman does not know who could have done it and asks for collaboration in case there is someone who could have seen someone in the area, since it is very visible, and thus be able to identify the perpetrator.

Isabel Yasmina has filed a complaint with the Civil Guard of San Bartolomé. In the letter, the woman stated that at about 7:10 p.m. on June 1st, when her current partner parked the car "next to the first roundabout at the entrance to the Guacimeta airport, just in the direction of the exit, having two other vehicles next to it".

Upon returning, at about 9:00 p.m., she says that she was able to observe that they had sprayed some corrosive liquid on the "area of the headlights and the area of the front bumper of the car on both sides". "The right and left headlights are broken inside, being the brake fluid so strong, the mechanics have told me that they have to be changed", the affected woman explained to La Voz about the situation in which she is now with her vehicle.

"I have been suffering attacks on my car for some time", Isabel Yasmina pointed out, explaining that on another occasion, around November or December of last year, they painted the headlights with tempera when she had it parked near her workplace in Arrecife. "Almost always in dark places, where nobody can see it", she pointed out, adding that they also broke the glass, although she doubts if it could have been an action within the wave of robberies that occurred in the Charco de San Ginés, in the capital of Lanzarote.
