Until last December 31st it was possible to vote to choose the best crew in the world in the Snipe class in 2022, as well as the best international fleet in a competition organized by SCIRA (Snipe Class International Racing Association). After the votes were counted, the title went to the Real Club Náutico de Arrecife crew, formed by Alfredo González González and Cristian Sánchez Barreto.
Among their successes last season, the title of world champions they achieved on August 25 in Cascais, Portugal, stands out.
Canary Islands also won the title for the best fleet for which the Real Club Náutico de Gran Canaria was designated.
