A fair. As if the city council were run by Esperanza Gracia and thought that the best way to attract good energy is by planting colorful carousels and LED lights around the city.
Has anyone asked about the people who sleep in their cars because they can't afford rent? No. But hey, let's not miss the attractions! After all, who needs decent housing when you can ride the Ferris wheel and forget that you don't have a roof over your head?
