Unlike you, I have bothered to find out what they are, what their function is, how much they cost and who they were bought from.
Once again, you try to take people for fools. Without blinking, you said in a media outlet that the planters you bought were actually volcanoes and not cupcake liners. Also, and true to form, you passed the buck and blamed the operators for placing them upside down.
Well, they are neither volcanoes nor have they been placed upside down. They are just expensive, tasteless planters that have cost the municipality more than 230,000 euros.
