The Tías City Council has made the virtual office available to the residents of the municipality since Monday, July 30, which establishes a new communication channel with the Administration and facilitates citizen management.
Initially, from the portal [sede.ayuntamientodetias.es->https://sede.ayuntamientodetias.es], after identifying with the electronic certificate or the digital ID, you can obtain the residence certificate for travel and the registration certificate.
In this sense, the City Council reminds that as of September 1, the Ministry of Development will require Canarian residents to present the residence certificate for travel to board national flights.
For this reason, obtaining said certificate has been included in this first phase of bringing the Administration closer through the Internet, which will be followed by others in which more services will be made available to citizens, such as the possibility of consulting the status of their files and receipts, among others.
San Bartolomé, "pioneer"
Until now, the San Bartolomé City Council was the only one on the island that offered this service. After learning that the resident certificate will now be necessary to benefit from the discount on flights, the Council has already reported this service.
Residents of San Bartolomé who are interested in using it must access the municipal website [www.sanbartolome.es->www.sanbartolome.es], clicking on the electronic headquarters and from there they can access the different services offered. Previously they will have to request the keys and have a digital certificate.
