The Teguise City Council celebrated last Friday the swearing-in ceremony of the Local Police of the six candidates who passed the previous selective procedure and who are now beginning the six months in the internship period established by the regulations.
The mayor of Teguise congratulated the 6 new agents who have achieved the positions announced by the Teguise City Council belonging to the Special Administration scale (special services subscale, Local Police class, C1 subgroup, through the opposition system and in free shift).

“Today is a happy day because it culminates a collective dream of the Government group, but also an individual dream of those six agents who have just sworn their oath”, said Oswaldo Betancort.
“Teguise is a safe municipality, but the commitment is to continue guaranteeing that security required by all the events that take place and, of course, to continue increasing the staff and improving the equipment and infrastructure of the Teguise and La Graciosa Local Police Force so that we continue to register positive data in the audits and can continue growing as a municipality”, concluded Betancort.
