The San Bartolomé City Council invites all residents, as well as those visiting the island of Lanzarote during these dates, to say goodbye to 2024 with a great New Year's Eve party in the Plaza León y Castillo.
After the traditional chimes that will welcome the new year, the night sky of the municipality will be illuminated with a colorful fireworks display to give way, then, to a popular festival by the groups Naiyimbe and Lanzarote Swing, responsible for setting the rhythm to this special evening.
The mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Pérez, has highlighted the importance of this event as it is an event that allows us to "meet as a community, celebrate together the achievements of the year that ends and receive with hope 2025, which will surely bring us new advances."
For her part, the Councilor for Festivities, Estefanía Luzardo, has stressed the "efforts made to ensure that the celebration is a success through a varied program that combines different elements to make it a night full of fun."
The San Bartolomé City Council reminds everyone of the importance of celebrating all the proposals organized for these dates responsibly so that the festivities in the municipality continue to be references "for taking place safely" for the entire population, as they have been developing until now.
