The San Bartolomé City Council has reported on the provisional resolution of the granting of subsidies for the rehabilitation of homes for the period 2022-2023. "This will be valid until April 21 and has an investment of 500,000 euros," announces the Council.
"The beneficiaries must complete the express acceptance document that is available through the following link: https://eadmin.sanbartolome.es/publico/edictos/2023000034".
"The time available to present it will be 10 days business days from the publication of this resolution in the notice board", they recall. Isidro Pérez, reports that "the bases of the new call, which will see its economic amount increased for the next year, is in public display so that citizens can present allegations."
In addition, the Council "is a pioneer in Lanzarote by adhering to the subsidies", which already "have benefited a total of 124 families in the municipality", they add. These are part of the aid granted by the Government of the Canary Islands, through the Canarian Housing Institute within the framework of the 2020-2025 Housing Plan.
