Coalition Canaria has decided to change its main spokesperson in the Cabildo, replacing Pedro San Ginés with councilor Samuel Martín as well. Martín could thus become released, while San Ginés will continue to be paid by the institution, but now as deputy spokesperson.
At the beginning of this term, Coalición Canaria already left its spokesperson in another councilor on its list, Juan Manuel Sosa. In his case, through that position he was able to be released in charge of the Ministry of Health, and Samuel Martín could do the same, although CC has not yet confirmed it.
When Sosa left the CC group and joined the government, San Ginés became the spokesperson, but now he is once again the deputy, although he will continue to be released.
In the case of Martín, he has been the representative of Coalición Canaria on the board of directors of the Tourist Centers, and now he will assume this new responsibility by decision of his party. His designation will be made official in the next Plenary Session of the Cabildo, which is held this Friday.
